Information you choose to provide

When you submit a buyer, seller, relocation, home-value, or investor form, the information you enter is sent to Riggolette Leeper’s HubSpot CRM. This may include your name, email address, phone number, location, property information, preferences, timing, budget, and the details you add to the form.

How the information is used

The information is used to respond to your request, prepare for a real-estate conversation, and provide the service you asked about. Submitting a form does not enroll you in an unrelated newsletter or bulk marketing list.

Storage and service providers

The website does not maintain its own form-submission database. Form information is transmitted to and retained in HubSpot, which provides the customer relationship management system used for follow-up. Standard technical information, such as the page used to submit the request and a HubSpot visitor cookie when available, may accompany the submission.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit a website form and instead call (804) 677-3339. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, email riggolette@gmail.com.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated when the website’s forms, service providers, or information practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
